BPatG: Kein Glück für “BE HAPPY”

In der Beschwerdesache 26 W (pat) 35/13 gegen die Löschung der Wortmarke “BE HAPPY” hat das Bundespatentgericht die Auffassung des DPMA gestützt und die Beschwerde zurückgewiesen.
