DPMA: Richtlinie zur Markenanmeldung

Eine über 40 Seiten starke Richtlinie für die Prüfung von Markenanmeldungen hat das Deutsche Patent- und Markenamt kürzlich im PDF-Format veröffentlich.
Behandelt wird der komplette Anmeldeprozess bis zur Eintragung.
