Das ging ja flott! Die vorgestellte Solarworld Werbung hat eine prompte Reaktion bei RWE ausgelöst.
„Mit der Kampagne verletzt Solarworld die Rechte von RWE. Unsere Marke wird als Blickfang genutzt, um für eigene Produkte zu werben. RWE hat eine Abmahnung versandt und fordert Solarworld zur Unterlassung auf. Weitere rechtliche Schritte behalten wir uns vor“, sagte ein RWE-Sprecher.
