Die McDonald’s International Property Company hat die nachfolgende Wort-/Bildmarke (Registernummer: 300 52 066) übernommen.

Die Marke genießt mit Priorität vom 13.07.2000 Schutz in den Nizzaklassen 29, 30 und 42.

Bisherige Inhaberin des Markenrechtes war die “Deutsche See” GmbH, Bremerhaven.
