Aldi übernimmt Bahlsen Marke

Die Aldi Einkauf GmbH & Co. oHG aus Essen hat die Wort-/Bildmarke BISCOTTO (Registernummer: 305 26 743) übernommen.

Die Marke genießt mit Priorität vom 06.05.2005 Schutz in den Nizzaklassen 29 und 30.

Bisherige Inhaberin des Markenrechtes war die Bahlsen GmbH & Co. KG aus Hannover.

Die Marke ist mir so beim Aldi nie aufgefallen, da muss ich doch beim nächsten Besuch dort mal drauf achten.
