Die Deutsche Telekom AG hat die Wortmarke T-Factory (Registernummer: 304 61 876) übernommen.

Die Marke genießt mit Priorität vom 29.10.2004 Schutz in insgesamt 22 Waren- und Dienstleistungsklassen.

Bisherige Inhaberin des Markenrechtes war die TipTopToys Werner Berzl GmbH.
