Frankreich: Google muss zahlen

Google ist in Paris zu einer Schadensersatzzahlung von 35.000 Euro verurteilt worden. Die Suchmaschine hatte über ihre Video-Tauschbörse „Google Video“ unerlaubt eine Reportage ausgestrahlt. Dafür wurde sie jetzt vom Tribunal de Grande instance verantwortlich gemacht.
