Aldi gewinnt Domain

Vor dem Schiedsgericht der World Intellectual Property Organization WIPO hat die ALDI GmbH & Co. KG aus Mülheim die Domain aldi-sued.org erstritten.

Die Aldi GmbH konnte ihre Ansprüche mit zahlreichen auch international registrierten Marken für das Kennzeichen “ALDI” belegen.
