t-mobilez.com geht nach Bonn
Die Deutsche Telekom AG hat vor dem Schiedsgericht der WIPO die Domain t-mobilez.com erstritten.
Die Telekom konnte auf diverse T-Mobile Marken verweisen. Markenrechte existieren auch für Sudafrika, Heimatland des Domaininhabers Phonotic Ltd. aus Johannesburg.
Der Argumentation der beklagten Partei, dass T-Mobilez als Kurzform für Thinking Mobilez stünde, mochte sich das Schiedsgericht nicht anschliessen und ordnete die Übertragung der Domain an.
