deutsch-bank.com: von Korea nach Deutschland

Die Deutsche Bank AG hat vor dem WIPO Schiedsgericht die Domain deutsch-bank.com erstritten.
Die Domain befand sich im Besitz von Ko Youngho aus Korea. Daher ist leider auch das Urteil in koreanischer Sprache verfasst.
Als Resultat wurde die Domain jedoch von Korea nach Deutschland nämlich zur Deutschen Bank AG übertragen.
