Das US-Finanzunternehmen Morgan Stanley hat vor dem Schiedsgericht des National Arbitration Forums die Domain morganstanley-chile.com erstritten.
Bei dem Domaininhaber Morgan Stanley Latin America LLC. aus England handelte es sich offenbar um einen fiktiven Whois Eintrag, so dass keinerlei Rechte an dem Domainnamen vorgelegt werden konnten.
Das Schiedsgericht ordnete die Übertragung der Domain an.
