Mrs. Trump gewinnt Domain

Das WIPO Schiedsgericht hat Melania Trump, derzeitige Ehefrau vom Immobilienmogul Donald Trump die Domain melaniatrump.com zugesprochen.

Der Domaininhaber tritt zwar unter dem Namen Parody Sites auf, bot aber gleichzeitig die Domain für 1 Mio. Dollar zum Verkauf an.

Die WIPO ordnete wegen Verletzung der Marken- und Namensrechte sowie fehlendem, legitimen Interesses des Domaininhabers an der Domain die Übertragung an.
