Microsoft gewinnt Domain

Vor dem Schiedsgericht des National Arbitration Forum NAF hat die Microsoft Corporation die Domain puntomicrosoft.com eingeklagt.
Microsoft verwies im Verfahren auf seine mehr als 500 Marken.
Die Marke Microsoft ist in den USA seit 1982 und auch in Italien, dem Heimatland des Domaininhabers eingetragen. Dieser gab im Verfahren keine Stellungnahme ab, so dass sich das Gericht den Argumenten der Klägerin anschloss und die Übertragung der Domain anordnete.
