Die Robert Bosch GmbH aus Stuttgart klagte vor dem WIPO Schiedsgericht erfolgreich auf Übertragung der Domain boschappliance.com.
Die Domain befand sich im Besitz der Asia Ventures, Inc. aus Hong Kong.
Bosch konnte sich auf zahlreiche auch international geschützte Marken berufen. In Hong Kong besteht Schutz für die Marke Bosch seit 1958.
