Die englische Cadbury Limited Teil von Cadbury Schweppes hat vor dem Schiedsgericht der WIPO die Übertragung der Domain cadburyworld.com erstritten.

Das Unternehmen hat in Großbritannien mehrere Marken für den Begriff CARDBURY WORLD registriert. CADBURY WORLD ist eine moderne Form von Schokoladenmuseum und hat jährlich 400.000 Besucher.

Domaininhaber Asia Ventures Inc. aus Hong Kong konnte keine eigenen Rechte an der Domain geltend machen und musste die Übertragung der Domain hinnehmen.
