BMW und Apple streiten um Domains

Zwei besondere Domain-Namen laden derzeit Marken-Konzerne zum Rechtsstreit ein: Der Autokonzern BMW sieht seine Rechte durch die Domain b.mw verletzt, während Apple sich an der polnischen Adresse ap.pl stört. Wie die Rechtsstreite ausgehen, wird man erst in ein paar Wochen sehen.
