Apple gewinnt applecomputers.us

Vor dem Schiedsgericht des National Arbitration Forums NAF hat der Computerhersteller Apple Computer Inc. die Domain applecomputers.us eingeklagt.

Apple besitzt seit 1999 eine beim US Patent- und Markenamt eingetragene Marke für die Bezeichnung APPLE COMPUTER (Registernummer 2273661).

Domaininhaber Michael Rusk aus Brooklyn konnte keine eigenen Rechte an dem Domainnamen nachweisen.

Das Schiedsgericht ordnete die Übertragung der Domain an.
