Die Marke genießt mit Priorität vom 01.04.1997 Schutz für “Datenverarbeitungsgeräte und Computer sowie Software, einschließlich Computerchips, Hardware-Interfaces” in der Nizzaklasse 09.
Bisherige Markeninhaberin war die Authentec, Inc mit Sitz in Florida.
