VW übernimmt BMW Marke
Die Volkswagen AG hat die Wortmarke “BLACK LABEL” (Registernummer: 306 58 287) der Bayerische Motoren Werke AG übernommen.
Die Marke genießt mit Priorität vom 19.09.2006 Schutz für Automobile und Fahrzeugmodelle in den Nizzaklassen 12 und 28.
