Sind die Logos von Sony Ericsson und Clearwire verwechslungsfähig?
Sony Ericsson hat vor einem Bezirksgericht in Virginia Klage (PDF) gegen den Wimax-Anbieter Clearwire wegen Markenrechtsverletzungen eingereicht. Der Vorwurf: Clearwires grün-weißes Wirbel-Logo ähnle zu sehr dem des Handyherstellers.
