Nerdcore nochmal
Kann die gepfändete Domain “nerdcore.de” überhaupt sinnvoll verwertet werden, wenn man davon ausgeht, dass der vorherige Domaininhaber Titelrechte an der Bezeichnung erlangt hat? Mir scheint das ein recht wertmindernder Umstand zu sein, auf den ein Verkäufer vermutlich auch hinweisen sollte.
