Google droht offenbar ein unschöner Namensstreit: Die Erben des amerikanischen Schriftstellers Philip K. Dick sehen in der Bezeichnung “Nexus One” für das erste eigene Handy des Suchmaschinenbetreibers eine Verletzung der Markenrechte ihrer Verwertungsgesellschaft.
