WIPO: Telekom gewinnt tmobilesucks.ws

Nach Abschuss des UDRP-Verfahrens (Fall Nr.: DWS2006-0001 Deutsche Telekom AG v. AdImagination) ist die Deutsche Telekom AG nunmehr Inhaberin der Domain tmobilesucks.ws.
Die klageführende Telekom AG konnte die Domain vor dem Schiedsgericht der World Intellectual Property Organization WIPO auf Basis ihrer Markenrechte an dem Kennzeichen T-Mobile einklagen.
