Telekom gewinnt vor der WIPO

Die Deutsche Telekom AG hat von der WIPO im Schiedsgerichtsverfahren die Domains tmobilesidekickii.com und tmobilesidekick2.com (Fall Nr. D2005-0707) zugesprochen bekommen.
Beklagt war als bisheriger Domaininhaber Steven Newman aus den USA.

Ebenfalls erfolgreich die englische EasyGroup IP Licensing Limited im Verfahren um die Domain easymobiel.com (Fall Nr. D2005-0671).
