Google erstreitet Domain
Der Suchmaschinenkonzern Google Inc. aus Mountain View in Kalifornien hat vor dem Schiedsgericht des National Arbitration Forum die Domain googlepack.com eingeklagt.
Google Inc. ist Inhaber der weltbekannten Google Marke, die in den USA und auch international registriert ist.
Das Schiedsgericht ordnete wegen der erwiesenen Böswilligkeit des Domaininhabers bei Registrierung und Nutzung der Domain die Übertragung der strittigen Domain an.
