Vor dem Schiedsgericht des National Arbitration Forums NAF hat der Major League Baseball Club Houston Astros die Domain houstonastros.com erstritten.

Der beklagte Domainbesitzer benutzte die Domain zur Weiterleitung auf Webseiten, die Tickets zu Spielen des Baseballteams und unautorisierte Werbeartikel mit der Marke der Houston Astros vertreiben.

Die Marke Houston Astros ist durch mehrere Markenregistrierungen in den USA und auch international geschützt.

Das Schiedsgericht ordnete die Übertragung der Domain an.
