Juventus spielt nur auf dem Rasen

Vor dem Schiedsgericht der World Intellectual property Organization WIPO hat der italienische Fußballclub Juventus Turin die Domains casinojuventus.com, casinojuve.com, juventusgames.com und juvegames.com erstritten.

Juventus konnte sowohl an der Bezeichnung JUVENTUS als auch an der Kurzform JUVE Markenrechte nachweisen.

Das Schiedsgericht ordnete die Übertragung der Domains an.
