Delta Airlines gewinnt Domains
Vor dem Schiedsgericht des National Arbitration Forum (NAF) haben die Delta Corporate Identity, Inc. und die Delta Air Lines, Inc. gemeinsam die Domains deltaarlines.com, detaairlines.com und deltaailines.com erstritten.
Die Domains befanden sich im Besitz der Digi Real Estate Foundation aus Panama.
Delta Airlines konnte Markenrechte an der Bezeichnung DELTA AIR LINES seit 1973 nachweisen. Die Domaininhaberin blieb eine Stellungnahme im Verfahren schuldig.
Das Schiedsgericht ordnete die Übertragung der Domain an.
