„LOTTO“ ist keine Marke für Lotterieglücksspiele
Der u.a. für das Markenrecht zuständige I. Zivilsenat des Bundesgerichtshofs hat heute entschieden, dass die Marke „LOTTO“ für die meisten Waren und Leistungen, für die der Schutz beansprucht worden ist, gelöscht werden muss.
