Die Wortmarke SPIROGRAPH (Registernummer 830 154) ist übertragen worden.
Das Deutsche Patent- und Markenamt hat die Übernahme der Marke durch die Hasbro, Inc. aus Pawtucket, USA am 05.01.2006 veröffentlicht.
Bisheriger Inhaber war die Tonka Corporation, ebenfalls aus Pawtucket.

Die Marke genießt mit Priorität vom 01. März 1966 Schutz für Spielwaren und Spielzeuge.
