muepe berichtet über die Entscheidung des LG Düsseldorf (LG Düsseldorf v. 21.09.2005 – 2a O 104/05). Danach besteht zwischen den Zeichen Post und Turbo P.O.S.T. bzw. der Domain “turbopost.de” keine Verwechslungsgefahr.
