Das National Arbitration Forum (NAF) hat die Schiedsgerichtsverfahren Delta Corporate Identity, Inc. and Delta Air Lines, Inc. v dltaairlines.com and deltaaairlines.com c/o Hanna El Hinn (Fall Nr. FA0508000548217) um die Domains deltaaairlines.com und dltaairlines.com, sowie General Media Communications, Inc. v. Daniel Kunkel (Fall Nr. FA0508000544991) um die Domain penthouse-pet.com jeweils zugunsten der klagenden Markeninhaber entschieden.
