Domaininhaber Asia Sun aus Taiwan muss seine Domain playboymobile.com an den Markeninhaber Playboy Inc. übertragen. Das entschied die WIPO im Schiedsgerichtsverfahren. (Fall Nr. D2005-0767)

Ebenfalls erfolgreich stritt AT&T Corp. um die Domain attelephone.com. (Fall Nr. D-2005-0758)
