DPMA: Löschungsanträge 2016

Im Jahr 2016 hat das Deutsche Patent- und Markenamt 699 Löschungsanträge zu verzeichnen.

432 Löschungsanträge wurden wegen Verfalls gestellt. 267 Anträge betrafen absolute Schutzhindernisse. Von den Löschungsanträgen wegen absoluter Schutzhindernisse erfolgen 122 wegen bösgläubiger Markenanmeldung.
