Heute stimmen die Briten über einen Verbleib in der Europäischen Union ab. Mit den markenrechtlichen Auswirkungen eines Austritt, dem sogenannten BREXIT, setzt sich die WORLD TRADEMARK REVIEW unter dem Titel “Status quo or uncertainty? The trademark implications of a Brexit vote” auseinander.
