Markenproblem für Apple? – iWatch vs. iSwatch

Der Schweizer Uhrenhersteller Swatch stört sich an der von Apple geglanten “iWatch” und geht nach einem Bericht von ZDNet bei diversen Markenämtern auf Basis seiner Marke “iSwatch” gegen die “iWatch” Marken vor.

Die Marke

wird als Internationale Registrierung bei der WIPO unter der Nummer 962366 geführt. Der Markenschutz ist für über 80 Staaten beantragt.
