Leitsatz:
TSP

Die Bewilligung von Verfahrenskostenhilfe im markenrechtlichen Beschwerdeverfahren vor dem Bundespatentgericht richtet sich gemäß § 82 Abs. 1 Satz 1 MarkenG nach den Bestimmungen der §§ 114 ff. ZPO.
