Der 27. Senat (Marken-Beschwerdesenat) des Bundespatentgerichts hat in der Beschwerdesache 27 W (pat) 2/10 den Beschluss des DPMA gestützt und die Verwechslungsgefahr zwischen den Marken


(Registernummer: 30 2008 046 040)

und

“Die blaue Linie” (Registernummer: 2 084 241) verneint.
