WIPO: Schweinegrippe
Die sogenannte Schweinegrippe beschäftigte jetzt auch erstmals das Schiedsgericht der World Intellectual Property Organization WIPO.
Der Pharmakonzern F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG konnte die Domains swine-flu-tamiflu.com und tamiflu-swine-flu.com erstreiten.
Ausschlaggebend für die Entscheidung war aber weniger die Schweinegrippe, als vielmehr das Markenrecht am Kennzeichen Tamiflu.
