Die Nanjing Automobile (Group) Corp. aus Nanjing in China hat die Wortmarke “VANDEN PLAS” (Registernummer: 1 080 951) übernommen.

Die Marke genießt mit Priorität vom 22.02.1985 Schutz für Motorfahrzeuge und deren Teile.
Bisherige Inhaberin des Markenrechts war die MG ROVER GROUP LTD aus Großbritannien.
