Die Kellogg Company aus Battle Creek im US-Bundesstaat Michigan hat die nachfolgenden Marken übernommen:

Die Marken befanden sich seit bis Ende 2007 im Besitz der Gardenburger, Inc. aus Portland um nach kurzer Zwischenstation bei der Wholesome & Hearty Foods Company aus Irvine, Kalifornien nunmehr bei Kellogg zu landen.
