WIPO: Dolce & Gabbana erfolgreich

Vor dem Schiedsgericht der World Intellectual Property Organization WIPO haben die Gado S.à.r.l aus Luxemburg und die italienische Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l gemeinschaftlich die Domains degdolceegabbana.com, degdolceegabbana.net, degdolceegabbana.org, degdolceegabbana.info, degdolceegabbana.biz und dolceegabbana.biz erstritten.

Die klageführenden Unternehmen konnten zahlreiche Markenrechte für die bekannte Modemarke belegen.

Das Schiedsgericht ordnete die Übertragung der Domains an.
