UBS AG erfolgreich vor der WIPO
Die UBS AG aus der Schweiz hat vor dem WIPO Schiedsgericht die Domains ubsbank.net und ubsbank.org eingeklagt.
UBS stützte die Klage auf zahlreiche UBS Marken. Der ebenfalls in der Schweiz beheimatete Domaininhaber gab im Verfahren keine Stellungnahme ab.
Das Schiedsgericht ordnete die Übertragung der Domainnamen an.
