Vor dem Schiedsgericht der World Intellectual Property Organization WIPO sind die Schweizer Gemeinde Zermatt und die Zermatt Tourismus mit ihrem gemeinsamen vorgebrachten Antrag auf Übertragung der Domänen zermatt.com gescheitert.
