Bionade vs. Maltonade

Der Hersteller der Bio-Brause Bionade hat juristische Schritte gegen die Einzelhandelskette Plus und den Brauer Frankfurter Brauhaus eingeleitet. Gegenstand des Rechtsstreits ist ein neues Getränk, das Plus seit drei Wochen unter dem Namen Maltonade vertreibt.
