Schiedsverfahren um .EU-Domains

Markenbusiness zieht Bilanz – 1. Teil.

Seit gut einem Jahr gibt es eine neue Instanz in Sachen Kennzeichenrecht – die Schiedskommission für EU-Domains beim Tschechischen Schiedsgerichtshof. www.adr.eu Insgesamt 629 endgültige Entscheidungen sind bisher (Stand: 25. Juni 2007) auf der Webseite des Gerichts veröffentlicht. Unter „Disputed Domain Names“ (Umstrittene Domainnamen) werden 1555 Domains geführt.
