Kanada: erste Entscheidung im Whisky-Streit

Im Streit um die Whiskymarke Glen Breton hat das Kanadische Patent- und Markenamt im Widerspruchsverfahren für den Whiskyproduzenten aus Nova Scotia entschieden und den Widerspruch der Scotch Whisky Association zurückgewiesen.

Es wird allerdings erwartet, dass die Scotch Whisky Association das Verfahren in die nächste Instanz trägt.
