Bildmarke nach 110 Jahren gelöscht
In der 50. Kalenderwoche gab das Deutsche Patent- und Markenamt die Löschung der nachfolgenden Bildmarke bekannt.
Die Marke wurde wegen Nichtverlängerung (§ 47 MarkenG) seitens des Markeninhabers vollständig aus dem Markenregister entfernt.
