Leitsatz:

Gegenstandswert für Widerspruchs-Beschwerdeverfahren
Für markenrechtliche Widerspruchs-Beschwerdeverfahren vor dem Bundespatentgericht beträgt der gemäß § 23 Abs. 3 Satz 2 RVG nach billigem Ermessen zu bestimmende Gegenstandswert im Regelfall 20.000,– EURO.
