Edinburgh Strong Ale vs. Edinburgh Pale Ale
Im Streit zweier schottischer Brauereien um die Bezeichnung Edinburgh urteilte das Gericht, dass die Marken Edinburgh Strong Ale und Edinburgh Pale Ale zwar ähnlich aber nicht verwechslungsfähig sein.
Dabei spiele es auch keine Rolle, wenn das Bier nicht in Edinburgh gebraut werde.
